| The LPG/CNG computer BLUE TRONIC goes with a service software which is developed for fast and easy adjusting of the parameters of the controller. You can download the demo program from here.
The software shows the live data of the engine work. It shows the lambda value, the benzine and the gasoline injection times, the rail pressure and the vacuum of the intake mainfold, the temperature. Some of them are visualized in an oscilloscope diagram. The temperature sensor is calibrated fast and easily. | ||
In the info section the software shows the data of the controller. The information for the engine type, the service where the controller has been mounted, the date of mounting as well as the service and the date of last tuning. When the live data is stopped the scope data can be examined thus the adjustment and the work can be analised. DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE |

The fine tune regime offers the adjusting of 64 working regimes as well as 16 exceptions. The trigger RPMs and injection times are set. The coefficients of the additional injection time are set for every regime. There are abilities of single regime programming, block programming and the whole fuel map at once. DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE

In the table view as well as in the 3D graphic view there is an ability for an automatic calculation of the map on three base regimes. The fuel maps can be stored on the PC and can be loaded from there.

In the diagnostic part of the program the operator can test the executive devices of the controller. These are the injectors, the gas valve, the sounds and the level meter.

There is also an ability to create a fuel map by a rude adjustment of the low-mode and load-mode coefficients and a constant additional time for the injection times. The parameters of the PWM and the injection type of the engines (sequent or full group) are adjusted here. DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE |

The software has an ability for adjusting of the parameters of switching from LPG/CNG to benzine and vice versa. The temperature, RPMs and strokes are set and the way of switching (all together or one by one).

In the last menu there is an ability for choosing the desired sound signals with which the controller reports its work. The LPG/CNG level meter voltages are adjusted.

There is an additional module in the service software. It is called "Data Logger" and with its help the user can monitor all the engine working parameters. The data can ve saved into a file and can be analised later. The module is still in a stage of developement. DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE |
